Man Fatally Stabbed On Christmas Day In Philadelphia, $20K Reward Offered

A 38-year-old man was fatally stabbed in the neck on Christmas evening in Philadelphia, authorities said.

The victim, whose name has not been released, was attacked around 7:45 p.m. near the 2600 block of Germantown Avenue. He was pronounced dead at 8:22 p.m. by Medic 36, according to a statement from the Philadelphia Police Department.

Maynasia Wilkerson, the suspected stabber, is in custody, and the weapon used in the stabbing has been recovered, police said.

The scene remains under investigation. A $20,000 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest and conviction in this case.
